Maris Subsea supplies highly competent, qualified and experienced CSWIP 3.1u, 3.2u, 3.3u & 3.4u Inspection Personnel.
In order to fulfil all Inspection activities safely and competently, our comprehensive recruitment methods ensure the highest levels of Occupational Competence for all Maris resources. This is accomplished by providing each contractor with a role specific Competency Framework via i-CAP (our bespoke multi-standard competency system) benchmarked against industry guidelines and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure on-going compliance. The i-CAP framework records and monitors all aspects of Candidate training, performance and development, adding substantial tangible value to the recruitment, retention and quality assurance process, enabling top level selection on our Client’s behalf.
Maris inspection contractors have the primary responsibility to acquire, process and report inspection data, ensuring that the highest standards are applied at all times; together with the application of full quality control processes. They work closely with the offshore project teams (Engineering, ROV, Diving and Survey) to support all inspection operations and ensure that all of the necessary operational objectives are fulfilled, in compliance with technical specifications, together with both standard and project-specific procedures. We have experienced, CSWIP-qualified, Coordinators and Engineers with experience of data recording software including COABIS, VisualSoft, Nexus and Digital Edge.
With 30 years of expertise in the sector, proven consultative methods, 24/7 support and a vast contact portfolio, Maris presents a customised and un-paralleled professional service to the Inspection industry.
