Competence Assessor training

Over the last few months we have been training various Senior Representatives as competence assessors. This will tie in with our ASSURE competency system.

Nick Roddy who attended the training said “good, wide-ranging presentation that was not delivered mindlessly off a set of Power Point slides but encouraged active participation and engagement”.

Steve Garven who was also there said “a thoroughly enjoyable course which was well delivered and essential for those who will be carrying out competency assessments”.

Craig Bakker was there too and added “ Informative, interactive and a testing set of questions at the end of the course".
